Made-to-order pieces:
Most of my jewelry are made to order. These items are not pre-stocked. Which means each piece is individually handcrafted after purchase. The creation process typically takes 4-6 weeks before your item is ready to be shipped or picked up in Copenhagen.
One-of-a-Kind pieces:
Some of my jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind. These unique pieces are available for immediate purchase. There’s only one. Once ordered, it will typically be shipped or picked up in Copenhagen within 2-3 business days.
Warranty:
According to danish legislation all purchases are covered by 2 years of warranty. You may complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 2 years of the purchase. However, if the defects or deficiencies are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Make sure to read the part about product care. As you have 2 years of warranty, valid from the date of purchase, I recommend that you save your receipt/invoice as proof of your purchase.
Prices:
I reserve the right to change the price of the products due to changing prices of precious metals and gemstones. All prices on are current retail prices inclusive 25% danish vat.
