Shipping Fees:
At checkout, a shipping fee is applied based on your global location. This fee is displayed during the checkout process. For all orders within Denmark, the shipping cost 50 DKK.
Return Policy:
To initiate a return, please email cehofski.jewels@gmail.com. I aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
You are accountable for safely returning the items and any associated return shipping costs. Please ensure the return of your purchase in its original packaging.
When I receive the return, I will inspect the items for any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return. If the items are in acceptable condition, I will refund the purchase amount to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
I am not liable for any loss of shipment during the return process. To ensure safety, I recommend shipping with a tracking option and retaining the tracking number until I confirm receipt of your return.
